Gift Ideas

Here are some cute gift ideas that customers have done.

1. Have a pound cake wrapped up and delivered to someone special (or take it to them yourself).

2. A box of 1 dozen Mini Pecan Tarts make the recipient feel like they're getting something extra special...because they are!

3. Have a batch of our Toffee or Peppermint Bark wrapped up in individual treat bags to use as socking stuffers.

4. Take a platter of Mini Cream Puffs to a holiday party. They are a guaranteed hit!

Ideas to help make Christmas special and festive.

1. Pick up a heaping pile of Struffoli on Christmas Eve morning and set it out to be munched on throughout the day (They won't last long though!).

2. Santa likes cream puffs! Order him some of the regular sized ones! While they may be too messy to eat in public, they are perfect for eating at home where you can look as silly and indulged as you want (and it won't matter because everyone else will be just as consumed in their Cream Puff as you are!).

The Cream Puffery's First Christmas

Thanksgiving came and went in the blink of an eye, and now we're half way through Christmas! This is hands down my absolute favorite time of the year. Nothing beats it! And this year we have been truly blessed with this chilly weather that makes Christmas even more cozy, with reason to curl up by the fire with fuzzy socks, a holiday movie, some popcorn and hot chocolate . . . I'm in Heaven! And now that The Cream Puffery is up and running, I get to bake Holiday goodies every day and I simply love it. I must say though, last Saturday morning at the Farmers Market, with every slice of Pound Cake that was sold, I found myself (cold) and daydreaming that I was the one taking home the cake and snuggling up with a warm cup of coffee! A small price to be paid, because on the other hand there is something extremely festive about bundling up and being in the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle, hearing the Christmas bells ring and Kenny G's Christmas album being played over the speakers. This is definitely a season that will be remembered above all others and we are thrilled that we finally get to share our family traditions with you, your friends and your family. Wishing you the joy of sticky hands, chocolate & custard on your face (and if you're not careful, your shirt) and the warmth of delicous pound cake and coffee! Merry Christmas to all and to all good eating (Please eat responsibly and share your dessert)!
